ON THE AGENDA

What’s on the agenda? Discovery and advancement. But it doesn’t stop there; take your exploration further with executive-level mentoring, immersive panels and keynote addresses that hit on core challenges facing today’s companies. The CENE Catalyst Forum is a highly interactive experience that will further the knowledge and business opportunities for all in attendance. This tentative agenda will be updated as individuals and companies confirm their participation.
INNOVATOR INTERVIEWS

This interactive keynote will feature live interviews of Canadians working at the cutting-edge of life sciences and technology, providing a deeper look at what it takes to lead and develop a company from the ground up. Speakers will be announced shortly.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

Forget rapid-fire pitch sessions. These 10-minute sessions will allow entrepreneurs to present the science or technology behind their business and hear feedback from a crowd full of investors, potential customers and friendly, highly accomplished Canadians. Just ten companies will be awarded the opportunity to present. Our rigorous selection criteria will ensure you discover companies with compelling technology to bring to the world that are ready for investment.

BIOTECH BEAR PIT

We’re throwing out the traditional panel format and putting our speakers in the hot seat. The audience sets the agenda and top industry experts answer on-the-spot questions at a rapid-fire pace. This community-driven conversation will be dynamic and enriching for all participants.

MENTORING &

Sharing expertise and enabling smart connections is at the core of the CENE’s mission. Our members are entrepreneurs, innovators and executives who are driven to connect with fellow Canadians to provide insight, networks and market intelligence. CENE mentors are specialized in life sciences and technology and have mentored companies at various stages of growth, from start-ups to scaling and beyond.

NEXT STEPS: PARTNERING WITH FOUNDERS

Our mission of enabling smart connections for smart capital is a core element of our role in supporting the success of Canadians seeking new opportunities in the U.S. market. We’ll facilitate meaningful facetime between all attendees to foster insight into and connections to the Boston/Cambridge market.
