The mission of the CENE Life Sciences Leadership Council is to develop deeper life sciences collaborations from research to distribution between The United States and Canada. The Leadership Council functions as the voice of the industry on behalf of Canadian interest, developing positions on the critical issues that face it.
Approximately one third of the CENE community is affiliated with the life sciences in the greater Boston area and represents a powerful confluence of leadership and influence in the industry. Current world market conditions and shifts in the distribution channels in research and manufacturing further support the opportunistic conditions to create a CENE Life Sciences Leadership Council.
Annual activities of the Life Sciences Leadership Council include:
-
Quarterly Calls to assess and enact objectives determined by the Life Sciences Leadership Council, open only to council members.
-
Bi-annual Thought Leadership Meetings with outside leaders to gain greater understanding of market conditions and facilitate implementation of the outlined goals.
-
Annual Conference led by Council Members to open to the Life Sciences Industry in conjunction with the CENE Catalyst Forum: Life Sciences to present objectives to a broader audience.
